How to Clean Your Blu-Ray DVD
Before you clean your Blu-Ray DVD make sure your handling your DVDs correctly. Always handle your DVDs by the outer edge of the DVD only. This will help to limit the number of fignerprints. Make sure to allows place your Blu-Ray DVD back in its case or sleeve agter each use. The good news is that Blu-Ray DVDs actually have a harder coating which prevent the same scratches you get with standard DVDs.
In order to clean your Blu-Ray DVD get a soft cloth like a micro-fiber cloth. Try wiping the DVD down to get rid of any fingerprints or other marks. Make sure with any DVD not to rub the DVD this can lead to scratches. Also try to wipe from the center of the Blu-Ray DVD to the outside of the DVD. This way if you do accidently scratch the DVD it only affects a small part of the DVD.
If this does not take care of cleaning your Blu-Ray DVD then get your soft cloth a little damp and try to wipe the DVD. Some people recommend using a mild detergent to clean stubborn marks of your DVD. There have not been any negatvie reports of this, but I would be careful doing this.
