Angelina Jolie in Beowulf (2007)
This remake of the classic Beowulf transforms an old tale into a high intensity, action packed movie. A great combination of graphics and live actors to form a fantastical world in medival times. Angelina Jolie plays Grendels mother. If you dont remember from English class Grendel is the monster haunting the Kingdom of Hrothgar. King Hrothgar offers half the kingdom in return for anyone who vanquishes Grendel.
Beowulf kills Grendel and confronts Angelina Jolie who appears to him as a beautiful nude woman dripping gold. Beowulf and any guy watching are mesmerized by Grendels Mom and entices him to let her live. In the end this causes Beowulfs death years later.
